If Joining, please provide as much information as you can.
If Renewing, you only need to enter your name and email.
After entering your data, please click on Proceed to Payment Options.
There you will have the option to pay your fee, send a check in the mail, or just exit.
Click the Checkbox next to the Artist Group(s) you wish to join.
Click the Checkbox again to cancel.
Please choose at least one Group.
